Catholic Family of Blessings and Care

It is interesting to note that, what we have today as St.Benedict’s Catholic Parish, Lokogoma, Abuja, began as a Mass Center at the Present Day Settlement of Dogongada, here in Abuja. Its history is traceable to Hassan Aruwa, the then Mai Agwan of Dongongada.

There is a long history about our parish but it became a Catholic parish in the Month of January, 2014 by His Eminence, John Cardinal Onaiyekan with His Lordship, Bishop Anselm Umoren.
